This information is in accordance with Article 10 of the “Personal Data Protection Law” numbered 6698, in order to fulfill our obligation to inform EMACONN B.V. (“Company”) for you.
Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), any information and document that introduces the person’s name / surname, address, place and date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, education level, education information, work experiences, foreign language knowledge, seminars, conferences and certificate programs attended, references and any information and documents that introduce the person are within the scope of personal data.

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of evaluating your job application request and your suitability for the relevant position, conducting and finalizing the recruitment processes within the framework of human resources policies, evaluating your application for similar positions that will occur later in case the result is negative, contacting you in this context, and developing and improving the recruitment principles applied by EMACONN B.V.
- To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred:
Your personal data processed by EMACONN B.V. will be shared with the competent authorities in order for EMACONN B.V. to fulfill its legal obligations.
- Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data:
Your personal data is obtained for the purposes of conducting and finalizing the recruitment processes within the framework of EMACONN B.V. human resources policies and contacting you within this scope, and your personal data collected with explicit consent legal reasons are collected through various collection methods, including verbal, written and electronic media, by automatic or non-automatic methods.
